She finds that an aspic is a wel come change from soup— and less fuss to prepare. In a word, the drudgery o f planning menus is now spiced with the thrill of developing new surprises. Left-overs come back to the table in unsuspected disguises. And even ordinary salads and fruits become crisper, better- flavored when they are thoroughly chilled. As for the refrigerator itself— it is quiet, absolutely sanirary, easy to keep clean (the up-on-legs models make it so simple to mop the floor underneath). A ll its mechanism is safely enclosed in one hermetically scaled steel casing. You should study the various models — from a point o f view o f their revo lutionary design as well as the conven iences they have to offer you. Time paymenti may be arranged i f detired.
